My understanding was that i need to empty the Keller from all things that are not attached to the walls and that i brought in."
"vollständig leergeräumt" is clear and not misunderstandable.
"vollständig leergeräumt" ist klar und unmissverständlich.

"Mein Mieter [correkt: Vermieter] wants me to remove all wooden constructions that are in it and that I didn't put in there."
I think it's right, because that would be included in "vollständig leergeräumt".
Ich denke, dass das richtig ist, da das in "vollständig leergeräumt" eingeschlossen ist.

IMHO yes. But you should always have somebody with you as whitness.
Meiner ehrlichen Meinung nach ja. Du solltest aber immer einen Zeugen bei Dir haben.
