sorry aber mein schriftlich deutsch ist nicht optimal , ich versuche auf english lieber.
i have rented a Hobby Musik Keller am 1.05.2002 . here is some photos Picasa Web Albums - spigolo - 2010-06-05
As you can see it has Aufbauten that were there when i rented the place. The contract states : "Die Kellerraüme sind bei Auszug vollständig leergeräumt und besenrein zu übergeben".
My understanding was that i need to empty the Keller from all things that are not attached to the walls and that i brought in. Mein Mieter wants me to remove all wooden constructions that are in it and that I didn't put in there.
Is this something i need to do or not ? Is this request legal ?
