möchte mich mit einer Frage an Euch wenden.
Im vorfeld einer Besichtigung habe ich folgende Nachricht erhalten:

The rent price is 1750€/month Warm (1550€/month Kalt), which includes a parking space (which may be sub-rented to another party in the house). The Deposit is 4650€ (the owner demands to have this deposit in cash, as well as the first month rent in cash).
The kitchen is sold at 2900€. If possible, we are also selling extra stuff for 500€ more (so 3400€ total), including: the entrance wardrobe (it is custom fit for the space), all the lights in the apartment and all the curtains.
In addition, the owner wants to have the following documents and information (we will transfer this by e-mail once you confirm you are interested, you do not need to bring anything during the viewing):
- Self-disclosure (Selbstauskunft)
- Schufa
- Employment contract (Arbeitsvertrag)
- Copy of passport / identity card
- Previous landlord notification (Vorvermieterbescheingung / phone number, adress)
- Copy of Contract Household contents or liability insurance

Das diese Nachricht hoch verdächtig ist , steht für mich außer Zweifel.
Meine Frage:
wie kann ich prinzipiell verifizieren ob der Vermieter "echt" ist und nicht nach Abschluss des Mietvertrages mit meiner Kaution das Weite sucht.
