Ich habe mich gemeldet und ich habe völlig komische Antwort bekomen .Alle zwei mal war es fast das gleiche und ich weist nicht ob es ist möglich und das wichtigste ob es sicher ist. Bitte schreiben sie mir ihre meinung auf die zwei antworten

First of all I'm sorry for the late reply but I had a lot to **** and this is the time I could give you a message....Like I said I am in Greece and I will make all the arrangements from here.
In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well.
Everything will be done according to the German Legislation, we will use the tenancy contract for dwellings from the German National Federation of House Owners. Is 100% legally contract. I want to be safe for me and for you.
*The solution is provided by a company called Logistic DPD , which will handle both payment and ******** of the keys.
I will explain to you step by step how this will ****:
Step 1) To start the official transaction i will need the following details: -Your Full Name - ******** Address - Phone Number(landline) - Copy of your ID/passport. (If that is possible per e-mail of fax)
Step 2) They will send you a ******** notification, to let you know they have the keys and the papers in their custody.
Step 3) You will need to deposit to DPD ******** Company money for (1 month of rent and security deposit). I have access at these money, only if you sign the contract with them, and you decide to stay in my apartment.
Step 4) After the transfer is checked , you will receive the package in 2 ****ing days at your address.
Then , you will go together with their agent to see the apartment and you will have a period of 48 hours to decide if you keep it or not, the money will remain there, until you finish the 48hours of inspection period.
After 48hours... If you don't like the apartment by any reasons ,DPD (one of them) will give you the money back or send it to your bank account , and you will give them back the keys and the contract, and release the apartment.
All this time the company will keep the money in holding , I will receive the money from the DPD agent, only if the contract is signed by your hand.
If you decide to keep the apartment the keys will remain in your hands. If the answer is NO, the money will be reimbursed back to you, and the keys back to me.

Like I have inform you before , the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 380 EUR and i want also guarantee deposit 380 Eur ( the guarantee deposit you will pay only first month and you will receive back when you leave the apartment ) , with no extra taxes to pay . Regarding the monthly payments I want to receive them in my bank account so I hope it will be no problem for you .
I will inform you about how this service ****s . As I said before , you will need to deposit Real Estate European-Property bank account the money for 1 month + security deposit ( Kaution (380 EURO) + 1 month of rent (380 EURO) = 760 EURO ) , so they can proceed with the shipping and you will receive the keys and the contract .
I will explain you step by step how European Real Estate Company service ****s :
- To start the transaction I will need your shipping details ( name , address etc .) so I can go to the European-Property Company office and make all the legal arrangements .
- European-Property Companys will check the envelope and if everything is in order they will send you a payment invoice to let you know they have the package in their custody .
- After you will receive the payment invoice , you will need to make the money transfer in their bank account .
- After the transfer is checked , you will receive the package in 2 - 3 days at your address . Then , you will go together with the their agent to see the apartment and you will have a period of 48 hours to decide if you keep it or not .
If you don't like the apartment by any plausible reasons , the agent will give you the money back or send it to your account , and you will give them back the keys and the contract .
All this time the company will keep the money in holding , I will receive it only after the contract is signed !
If you agree then , you need to send me your information so I will be able to make all the arrangements with the European-Property Company .
